The Palm Beach Towers by Nakheel

The Palm Beach Towers is a new waterfront living & leisure complex by the Al Nakheel Properties developer. The residential project will consist of three high-rise individual buildings with 1-3 bedroom apartments, called The Palm Central Tower, The Palm Beach Tower, and The Palm Tubular Tower. At the moment the development is under construction and the estimated date of completion will be known at a later date. The total number of residences in Nakheel Palm Beach Towers constitutes 1,265, and all apartments will feature panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf, Palm Jumeirah island, and some of the most famous landmarks in the emirate of Dubai. The architect of the waterfront development is WS Atkins & Partners.
