Latvia has launched their Golden Visa program in 2010 to
attract foreign investment.

This European Golden visa program offers EU residency and citizenship in exchange for either investment in real estate, investing in companies or contributions in the subordinated capital of credit institutions.

By investing €250,000 into real estate you will get a luxury property with high-end finishes and you’ll be eligible to apply for Latvia Temporary Residence. The application process for residence takes 30–90 days.
